The MMA has partnered with Innovid and leading mobile video inventory providers to develop the Mobile Programmatic Video Buyers’ Guide, a resource to help marketers implement more effective mobile video marketing campaigns. This guide consists of self-attested details from the supply partners, and will become a living reference document that agencies and advertisers can use to understand where they can find certain capabilities, like viewability/verification measurement with a given vendor, or specific creative formats.

Many marketers may not be familiar all with the names of the companies represented here – these companies and others operate behind the trading desks and DSPs, and act as the inventory provider and “video player” in the mobile in-app ecosystem. Available capabilities map to these companies, not to the programmatic intermediaries who sit above them. Understanding the capabilities of these companies – and eventually standardizing them across the board – will be necessary to deliver the most scale and best experience for marketers.
