Lou Paskalis is President and Chief Operating Officer of MMA Global. In his role he is responsible for driving innovation and change across a broad portfolio of MMA Global’s functional areas, initiatives and forward looking activities that are focused on shaping the future of marketing. As a long-standing industry practitioner with a track-record for advocating for and catalyzing the advancement of the art and science of marketing, Paskalis brings a wealth of practical knowledge about the opportunities facing marketers today and the obstacles they may encounter as they skate away from what’s familiar to respond to those opportunities. Fabiano Destri Lobo
Managing Director, LATAM

Fabiano Destri Lobo is the Managing Director of the MMA in Latin America and a born entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in multi-cultural planning, development and deployment of innovative technology in the telecom and digital marketing segments in the region. For the past 7 years he has been engaged in the mobile segment helping grow and shape the ecosystem in Latin America. He is passionate about mobility and holds an international track record in transforming ideas and startups into successful business ventures. He is a mentor in Brazilian accelerator “Start You Up” and an angel investor in several start ups in Brazil. His role in the MMA is to oversee the Latin American membership, research, strategic initiatives, events and educational program. Read more »

Chris Babayode
Managing Director, EMEA

Chris Babayode is the Managing Director of the MMA in EMEA, where he will continue the MMA’s thought leadership campaign within the region and increase advertiser and agency awareness of the potential of the mobile channel. Chris has over 30 years experience in advertising, media and publishing, including the last 15 years within the internet and digital sector, covering both a start up dot.com and a Plc. He has built teams from scratch and managed functional teams covering sales, business development, operations, marketing, product development, analytics and customer engagement. Rohit Dadwal
Managing Director, Asia Pacific Limited

Rohit Dadwal is the Managing Director of the MMA Global (MMA) Asia Pacific Limited. Rohit oversees the MMA’s activities in Asia Pacific, managing the operations out of its regional headquarters in Singapore. Rohit has extensive expertise in the economics of mobile, direct and digital marketing, consumer privacy and the government regulation of markets. A highly visible industry advocate with over 17 years of experience in the internet, digital and mobile spheres, Rohit has been instrumental in the MMA’s growth in the region, forging relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders, and positioning MMA as the authoritative global voice in the mobile marketing and advertising industry. Andrew McCauley is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of MMA Global. As a member of the executive team, Andrew is responsible for driving growth and innovation across MMA Global. He leads the organization’s portfolio of Think Tanks which bring together the industry's top executives and thought leaders to discover insights that change the industry and enable them to deliver against today’s growth challenges. An experienced general manager and senior product executive, Andrew has developed an expertise in transforming service-driven business models into scalable, productized, profitable, high-growth subscription businesses. Vassilis Bakopoulos
SVP – Head Industry Research

Vas is the SVP of Research and Insights for MMA Global. In this role, he is responsible for defining the organization’s learning agenda, conducting research in areas of multi-touch attribution, ad fraud, location targeting, viewability and more. Before joining the MMA, Vas held senior Research and Strategy roles at Digitas/Publicis and Kantar in New York and Europe. Ana Landreth
VP – Membership

Ana Landreth is the Vice President of Membership for MMA Global where she manages the overall membership function including the design and implementation of programs that broaden membership engagement. Before coming to MMA Global, she worked very closely with CMOs and other senior marketers at Gartner and Salesforce where she provided them with the insights, knowledge and peer best practices needed to save time, make better and faster decisions and ultimately increased revenue. Andy Goldman
VP Finance

Andy Goldman is the VP Finance of MMA Global (MMA), reporting to the CEO, responsible for managing the finance team, reporting, forecasting and budgeting as well as a liaison to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Andy is a CPA, and begin his career at EY. His recent work experience included senior finance positions at several high growth venture capital and private equity backed companies, including IntraLinks and Industrial Color.
