Abbey is Director of Digital and Guest Experience at Shake Shack where her focus is on all things guest — From utilizing insights and data to grow Shake Shack’s online community and increase lifetime value, to using technology to enhance the guest experience through new and improved ordering capabilities. Prior to joining Shake Shack, Abbey was at Starwood Hotels where she progressed through multiple roles focused on driving guest engagement and loyalty across Starwood’s 10 hotel brands and rewards program.
