The effect of Covid has to be looked at how it's affecting your sector, and it's not necessarily negative. Procter & Gamble has done well. Clorox has done well. And Zoom has now quadrupled its stock price. So it's not necessarily bad news. The first thing is to examine the consumer behavior in your sector. And we know that consumers behave differently. And that's going to be very category specific. But beyond that, there's some evidence that customers who were acquired diue to word of mouth actually are longer term and have higher value than customers who are acquired through advertising. And that has to do with word of mouth has an inherent trust from the source. Where as with advertising, you know that the other side is trying to sell something, so there's an inherent distrust. Okay, so anything that promotes word of mouth as a source of acquisition tends to work quite well.
