He has more than 12 years in working with global advertising agencies (LeoBurrnett, Mirum, MSL & Publicis Groupe) and has built strong marketing teams with several global brands in Vietnam across categories. He has achieved the top tier of market standard with many global awards with his focus on Social Engagement, Business Advocacy & Impact.

Since 2018, he has started his own business as the founder of a business network of thousand marketing freelancers who strive for the freedom of life, for the growth of a society with kindness. Aiming to influence the market with not only goodwill marketing, also the innovation in community-led marketing, he ensures the growth of the network of modern workforce supporting the growth of business in the digital era.
