Vivian has been involved in advertising for 20 years in Singapore and Asia, pushing transformative solutions in digital and integrated marketing solutions in Singapore and Asia. She has proven track record across multiple communications disciplines on both the media and creative side, leading international agencies, such as Publicis Modem and Dentsu Digital. Her entrepreneurial spirit had also inspired her to set up her own full service digital agency.

She is currently the Managing Director for MediaCom Singapore, where she has spear headed the agency to greater success, having achieved over 23 awards, including individual achievement awards in 2017. Her day to day role is as the overall steward across both international and government sector clients, including clients such as P&G, DELL, Sony and Coca Cola.

Vivian is the current chairperson for the Singapore Media Awards and 2nd Vice President of the 4A’s. She actively participates in industry events, as a jurist for the Festival of Media, Mumbrella and M&M.

Her personal passion point is in talent development, and Vivian has put herself forward for talks with students and institutions such as the graduating class for mass communications at Republic Polytechnic and WordSkills 2018.
