Tran Nguyen An Ninh is a seasoned marketing professionals with more than 13 years of experience, driving brand success across global giants. She launched her career at Unilever, building a strong foundation as a Management Trainee and then excelling as Brand Manager. There, she played a key role in the success of Comfort & Sunlight, culminating in a Silver Cannes Lion for the “Comfort Pure Soft Test” in 2015. 
For the past 5 years, she has thrived at Mondelez, tacking diverse roles. She spearheaded local brands such as Cosy, AFC & Tet, driving impressive results: Cosy achieved the highest penetration gain in FMCG Food (Kantar, 2020), and AFC became the most improved brand in Vietnam's urban market (Younet, 2021). Her passion for impactful & purposefulmarketing translated into Silver MMA Vietnam award for the "Shop of Hope" campaign with Kinhdo Tet (2022). Those experience propelled her to manage global giants: Oreo & Chocolate. Currently, she is leading the marketing efforts for these beloved brands, and the mastermind behind the recent Oreo x Pokemon campaign capturing the market's imagination.
