Tizzy has 18 years experience in the media agency with media planning background. She started her career at Bates advertising before joined GroupM - Mindshare and, since 2012, has been with the Havas Group as CSD for Arena Media.

As CSD, she leads key client relationships as well as managing & mentoring teams on large AOR business that also include ensuring process and controls in business management.
