I have over 5 years experience in the marketing field. Majority of my experiences are from working in the e-commerce industry. Before joining Intrepid as the Group Head of Marketing, I was the Lead of Shopee Indonesia Online Marketing & Lead of Shopee Ads. Throughout my experience, I believe the key to a brand's success is to understand what marketing is. Being able to acknowledge marketing as an investment is a start, but understanding how marketing works through the funnel and continuously optimizing strategies are what matters the most. Morever, to be an effective marketer one should have analytical, strategic, business development, creative, and various other skills to own as multiple trends are rising. After all, marketing is a continuous effort to master. With that, I hope to meet like-minded individuals in this field :)
