At 1-800-Flowers.com, Tania leads strategy and development of cross-functional marketing plans as Vice President, Brand Marketing.  In her 18+ years with the organization, Tania has held various positions within the Interactive, Brand Communications and Partnerships teams and in her current role oversees a team responsible for brand strategy, go to market planning and offline marketing. Prior to joining 1-800-Flowers.com, Tania worked as a media planner at an agency in New York City.   Recently, Tania was named one of Brand Innovators Women to Watch in Brand Marketing Class of 2019.
