Swastika Johorey is an IT Professional and has worked as a programmer, DBA, Techno-functional consultant (SAP and Oracle), and a Business specialist to name a few with companies operating in different domains like Pepsico, Philips and Reckitt.
 
She heads the IT stream for Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Data for Reckitt SOA, and is responsible for enabling the Ecommerce Business with the right tools and insights, driving the Martech and data strategy for SOA across Health, Hygiene and Nutrition brands. In the Martech area the focus is on 1P data acceleration, deploying tools to drive Media efficiency and bringing in the latest trends and tech.

In her free time, she loves travelling and exploring new places and the local food and partying.
