Susan is the Chief People Officer at MMA Global. She is responsible for defining the organization’s Talent and Culture agenda. Susan leads MMA’s strategy to attract, develop and retain a team of intellectually curious disruptors who are motivated to lead a total transformation of Marketing. Susan is focused on creating a culture where people can harness their superpowers and engage in personally fulfilling and impactful work while also developing new capabilities. With the support of the Executive Leadership Team, Susan promotes work-life integration, real world on-the-job learning, and managing for outcomes to enable a work-from-anywhere environment.
Susan brings 20+ years of experience as a commercially minded and strategic results-focused Human Capital Executive and Executive Coach. With a background in organizational psychology and experience as a former strategy consultant, Susan brings an appreciation for using fact-based and human centered approaches to assessing organizational opportunities and implementing integrated human capital strategies in service to and alignment with business objectives. Susan’s experience spans across financial services, professional services, marketing, advertising and the events industry. Prior to joining MMA, Susan led HR and Talent Acquisition functions for Bank of America, Citigroup, PwC and Ascential. She received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and an Executive master’s in social organizational psychology from Columbia University.
