Sonja Kristianti is the Head of Consumer Finance of PT Bank DBS Indonesia. She brings an extensive expertise of more than 20 years in Financial Institution span across product and portfolio management, customer service, marketing and communication, brand management, as well integrating across the entire product life cycle. She has played a key role in shaping up Consumer Finance businesses for the Indonesian markets by being involved in various strategic initiatives across different institutions. 

Sonja’s relentless drive and passion to deliver consistent results have made her successful across variety of roles ranging in different companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Danamon, Adira Quantum Multi-Finance and Bank DBS Indonesia. Sonja holds a Bachelor degree in Financial Management from University of Padjadjaran.
