Sherina Smith is the Vice President and Head of Marketing at American Family Insurance. She previously served as vice president of brand loyalty, CRM, and marketing analytics at JCPenney in Dallas, Texas. Prior to JCPenney Sherina was the head of consumer marketing for the Hepatitis-C franchise at Abbvie Pharmaceuticals. She started her career at Kraft Foods where she led iconic brands such as Jell-O, Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, Velveeta, and Kraft Singles. Sherina holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and English from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
