Sheila comes with 25 years of Client and agency experience. She currently manages Mindshare, mSix, OPENMIND, and NEO alongside her management team.

A practitioner who continuously challenges her personal best, Sheila holds a master degree in Coaching and Consulting in Managing Change from INSEAD (2014); and a Postgraduate diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Said-Business-School University of Oxford (2023). Due to her academic and industry experience, Taylors and Monash Universities have appointed Sheila as the Adjunct Professor at the school of business and media studies.
