Shayakh Mirza is the Vice President of Digital Planning for PHD Media in India.

In his role, Shayakh is responsible for strengthening PHD's digital mandate in the Northern market and delivering winning strategies for the agency's portfolio of clients in the region. He is instrumental in leading eCommerce offerings for the agency’s roster of brands in India and helping chart the next stage of the agency’s vision for eCommerce, its strategy and rollout.

With over a decade of experience in advertising, Shayakh is a digital business leader with a proven track record of building successful consumer-centric brands. He had led transformations for agencies and brands - building highly efficient and motivated teams, creating cross-functional ecosystems, and delivering stellar outcomes in his previous stints at Motivator, Havas Media, Garage Media, Flipkart, and Mindshare to name a few. Over the years, he has brought his expertise to a wide array of brands like PepsiCo, BharatPe, Plum Cosmetics, Huawei, Apple, Microsoft, KPMG, Walmart and Flipkart Wholesale, Hyundai, and Kia, among others.

A Young Indian Media Spikes winner and top contender at Cannes Young Lions India, he has often been recognized for his work with clients across illustrious award forums like the Emvies and Effies.
