Serdar Kodal is an entrepreneur in various industries including e-commerce, mobile application development, software development, finance and auditing. Serdar graduated form Marmara University and got an MBA degree from University of Nebraska.

In 1998 he worked as a Financial Representative at MetLife in USA. After he graduated on MBA from UNK he started to work as an assistant general manager in JD Services in New Jersey. Form 2002 to 2004, Serdar worked as a General Manager in JD Services at Ecuador where he established a new company.  

In 2004 he stepped in his first own entrepreneurship and established Sorsware Bilişim which is a software development company. Up to now Sorsware Bilişim served more than 50 companies with 100 + projects. He loved to be an entrepreneur and same year he also established SORS™ Bilgi Denetim Hizmetleri which is a auditing company, as co-founder. As he liked to experience, he had an investment in a very different sector as a movie producer. In 2016, another entrepreneurship came from Serdar, Muzlu Bilişim, which is related with development of mobile applications like OMUZ, Turkey’s Rewarding Social Media Platfrom and MAPPTICK, Created, Rated and Shared Map application.

He also has investments in different projects such as HASO (Shop Now Pay Later) which is a Fintech Startup, STUDYAWAY (Global Platform of Universities) and SONSUZ ODA ( Online Education Sevice).
