Seamus McAteer is the Vice President of New Ventures at Neustar, Inc. In his current role, he is responsible for bringing new media measurement and targeting solutions to market. Mr. McAteer has over 20 years experience in the mobile media and consumer behavior measurement space. Most recently, he was CEO and co-founder of Datasnap.io, a proximity data analytics platform, which was acquired by Neustar, Inc.

Prior to Datasnap.io, Mr. McAteer founded and was CEO at Metaresolver, a mobile advertising platform, which was acquired by Millennial Media. At Millennial Media, Mr. McAteer was responsible for leading the company’s data strategy. Prior to Metaresolver, Mr. McAteer was the co-founder and chief product officer at MMetrics, which became ComScore’s mobile business. Earlier in his career, Mr. McAteer was a Research Fellow at Jupiter Communications, the dot.com advisory services firm, and a consultant at SRI International.
