She has led several successful communication and social media campaigns for international brands throughout her career. Brands include Estee Lauder, Reebok India, Marks & Spencer, Fremantle Media, CEAT Tyres, Loreal, ICFAI University, ITM School of Business, Hotel Ramada, etc., helped these world-class brands reach and engage with their local audiences on a creative, meaningful and impactful level.

She recently was awarded Women Achiever in Corporate Communications by Adgully and also won the Corporate Communications Person of the Year 2020 and has been listed amongst the top 40 PR & Corporate Communications professionals in 2019 by Exchange4media. Rucha has won several awards for her campaigns across properties such as  CLIO, Goafest Abby's, EPICA, Kaleido awards etc.
