Rob started his career on the management Training Scheme at Unilever. He studied an MBA at Stanford as a Fulbright Scholar. Subsequent to this he spent 3 years with McKinsey's Retail and Consumer Goods practice based in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining M&S in 2011, Rob spent 3 years as Head of Strategy at John Lewis. He is currently the Global Brand & Marketing Director for Clothing and Home & Food at M&S.
