Rich has held various management positions ranging from Marketing Director and GM roles at: P&G, J&J, Coca-Cola, Danone, Pocari Sweat. In addition, Rich has worked in countries such as: USA, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Korea, and China. He had run a JV in Japan for J&J, launched Coca-Cola in Vietnam in 1995 and was GM of the fastest growing country for Danone for 6 consecutive years. He hold a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BA from Wesleyan University.

He is also an amateur race-car driver and is the 2015 Class C champion in China and 3rd place 25 hours of Spa in Belgium.
