As Chief Operating Officer Marketing at E*TRADE Financial, Rich Muhlstock oversees acquisitions, advertising, branding, media, prospect site experience, social media and agency management.
Rich has over 20 years of experience orchestrating best-in-class marketing and communications programs for Fortune 500 companies, including consumer, mobile and technology brands as well as entrepreneurial start-up ventures. His focus is on driving innovation in a rapidly evolving communications landscape with an emphasis on social, mobile, digital, and partnership channels.
Prior to E*TRADE Financial, Rich led brand development, communications strategy and oversaw 360° marketing operations for the American Express digital prepaid co-brand portfolio. During his time there, he helped American Express define and create a new category of digital payments, and introduce it to Millennials and the financially underserved consumer.
Rich received a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University in 1989.
