Raphael Dias holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and Copenhagen Business School, with a solid background in the technology and mobility industries. He has a distinguished career in the venture capital and consumer goods sectors, where he contributed to the identification of promising startups during his time at Vox Capital and, later, at Mondelez International, where he participated in the construction of iconic brands, such as Trident.
Driven by a deep interest in technology, Raphael redirected his focus to the mobility sector five years ago when he joined 99. During his journey at the company, he played a key role in the expansion of the business and the consolidation of the 99 brand throughout Brazil, operating in the ride-hailing and food delivery industries.
Currently, Raphael serves as 99's Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for brand strategies, social media, customer marketing and CRM, with the aim of strengthening 99's brand for drivers and passengers, driving the company's sustainable growth.
