Rachel spent the early part of her career working on well known FMCG brands such as Dairylea, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Mr Kipling and Ben's Original. She's spent the last decade working at Camelot who operate The National Lottery under licence. Rachel has played a significant role in the National Lottery's recent success - the brand is in its best ever health and continues to deliver strong sales and best ever returns to Good causes . This performance has been driven by focus on a brand led approach and a doubling in media investment over the last 5 years. She enjoys helping others succeed through mentoring and mentors on the Marketing Leadership Masterclass, as well as for OKO and Bloom. Outside of work she's a wife, mum and amateur gardener - if only Byron Sharp had written the handbook for How Gardens Grow!
