Rachana has been working in the OOH domain for the last 20 years and has brought together people, ideas, and aspirations to achieve scale. She believes empathy is the key to problem-solving.

Through Glocal Bridge & OOHC, she remains committed to empowering people in the industry. A career driven by innovation, growth and profitability now seeks to help others by simplifying equations around culture, technology, digitisation and platform-driven practices.

She was honoured to receive the Women Super Achiever Award at the 7th edition of the World Women Leadership Congress. She is also a visiting faculty for 2 most reputed institutes MICA and SIMC in India. She looks forward to mentoring aspiring female entrants in the industry and is raising her son to treat women with respect and dignity.
