Pranav Agrawal joined OYO Hotels and Homes in September 2015 and is currently heading the online marketing and CRM function. During his tenure, Pranav has headed operations in Delhi and Noida and later moved to Central Operations where he played an instrumental role in developing processes for ensuring a stellar customer experience across the network.

Pranav later joined the Conversions team in February 2017 as a part of which he is currently managing the Marketing and CRM initiatives. His past tenure includes KPMG India.

Pranav is a graduate in B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and has earned his MBA in Operations, Strategy, and Leadership from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
