Phil is a leader on the Product Marketing team at Watson Advertising, and is responsible for driving strategy & activation for the WEATHERfx and Watson Ads suite of products. He has been working on cutting-edge digital marketing & advertising for more than 20 years, and has experience with world-renowned media/publishing, agency, and brands, including CNN, Porsche Cars North America, Newell Brands, and Cox Media Group, leading award-winning content, advertising, social media, and infrastructure projects. This is also Phil's second tour with Watson Advertising, having previously worked for The Weather Company.
Phil is truly in love with the art & science of marketing; he's passionate about connecting consumers & audiences through compelling, creative cross-channel storytelling, yet highly analytical and tends to view success by the metric. He was thrilled to have the opportunity to come (back) to Watson Advertising, specifically to help drive the future of advertising, where augmented intelligence and machine learning can help humans do their job better and more efficiently.
You can find him hanging with his wife and two boys, running fast and far on the streets and trails of Atlanta, rooting for the Braves, coaching little league baseball, and pontificating on why Atlanta hip-hop is just as influential as New York hip-hop. Phil loved "The Last Jedi."
