Nita Pambudi is the COO of GreatNusa, an eduTech business of BINUS Group, and responsible for overall business to empower Indonesia’s future leader through personalized education and professional certification. Started her career in 2008 with Nutrifood, an Indonesia consumer goods company as a leadership scholarship awardee, she started her first 2 years as an IT business analyst, building good experience for stakeholders through ERP and CRM. In 2011, Nita joined BINUS Group in education sector; building more than 10 years of management and leadership experiences by developing and applying strategic Business & Technology solutions for national and international institutions: banking & multi-finance, manufacturing, mining, education, etc. Appointed by BINUS in 2017 to setup the first Apple Developer Academy in Indonesia in collaboration with Apple, USA, she had opportunity to travel and gain global experiences, learn and work with different cultures and people to produce world class applications that give solutions to the real-world problems.
