Nick is currently at NOMAD foods where he has been Growth Strategy and Insight Director since Jan ’14. NOMAD foods is the leader in frozen food across Europe owning the Birdseye, Findus, Iglo, Goodfellas and Aunt Bessie’s brands. In his role he has been central to the turnaround and growth of business from the start of 2017 though the COVID pandemic. Before NOMAD Nick stated his work life at P&G in beauty care R&D, then with Mars including 2 years living in Warsaw - Poland, Cadbury, RB and Premier Foods. Understanding what motivates consumers to buy, cook and eat across the globe has been a passion for Nick thorough out his career – this includes recently incorporating new technologies into the world of insight including Big Data (Web listening, ML, AI) and Neuroscience.
