Having almost 15 years experiences in Media & Digital communication, Hanh has currently played new role in transforming Heineken Vietnam communication approach into Consumer Experience & spark new journey of consumer connection cross functions (Media – Brand – Trade – Sales) to adjust organization matching consumers’ needs. She leads a team of 7 experts from Strategic integrated planning to Consumer Data as Consumer journey champion, developing framework that connects Marketing and Trade Marketing, and translating strategies into integrated deployment plans using big data and new technologies. Their purpose is to offering consumers with disruptive Above-The-Line (ATL) & through-the-line experience, while also exploring new emerging consumer and partnerships/ sponsorships touchpoints to enhance impacts.
