

Nhat Linh is a dynamic marketing leader with over 11 years of experience in both local and global FMCG companies, spanning diverse sectors including food, beverages, and cosmetics. Before joining L'Oréal, she honed her skills at Suntory Pepsico, where she managed prominent global brands like 7up, Sting, Revive, and Gatorade. Her tenure there included successful new product launches that continue to perform strongly in the beverage market. Earlier in her career, at Masan Consumer Goods, she cultivated a strong foundation in traditional marketing and new product development, working with popular brands like Nam Ngu and Tam Thai Tu.
Linh joined L'Oréal in August 2021 as Group Product Manager for Maybelline New York. She later transitioned to Head of Brand for L’Oréal Paris, overseeing all aspects of brand marketing, channel management, and digital acceleration. In just four years with L'Oréal, she has achieved remarkable success, driving significant business growth for Maybelline, Relaunch Garnier, and L’Oréal Paris, earning numerous prestigious marketing awards, and playing a key role in L’Oréal Paris becoming the number one beauty brand in Vietnam with highest market share in total beauty and become No.1 brand in Total L’Oreal Group Vietnam
Her outstanding contributions led to her recent appointment as Regional Head of Skincare for SAPMENA. In this new role, Linh continues to demonstrate her passionate and driven leadership, aiming to make a substantial impact on both the business and the people of the region, embodying L'Oréal's mission to "create the beauty that moves the world."
