Multi-hatting has been the theme of Neha’s career, starting out as a strategic planner & consultant, deep diving into culture across South Asia and South East Asia for brands like Oreo, Dove, Ponds, Bear Brand, Milo, Grameenphone & Pantene. She led the charge on creating integrated cross functional teams by setting up real-time social commerce project teams for Unilever India and more recently set up the partnerships practice at Ogilvy Indonesia. She then took a leap to becoming the Head of Brand at Burger King Indonesia and is now pulling in all she has learnt to her role as the Regional Business Director for the Mondelez Biscuits and bakery business for South East Asia, leading brands like Oreo for 11 markets.

She was featured on Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40 list in 2018 and recognised as South-East Asia brand planner of the year in 2021.
