As the Group President of Hakuhodo International Vietnam, Kawakita oversees all Hakuhodo International Branches in Vietnam, including Hakuhodo SAC, Hakuhodo Vietnam, Hakuhodo Digital, and Square Group.
With two decades of experience at Hakuhodo overseas, he has honed his expertise in managing multinational teams, currently leading a formidable force of 800 employees within the Hakuhodo Group. Throughout his illustrious career, he has collaborated with diverse teams to deliver substantial business growth for his clients and produce award-winning advertising campaigns.
His extensive exposure to various markets, including the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and Vietnam, has shaped his open-minded and resilient approach to challenges and bolstered his confidence in managing teams across cultures.
Under his leadership, the team received the MMA Gold Award in 2021 for "Tiger Platinum," a campaign tailored for Generation Z. He earned his Bachelor's degree in International Business from Aoyama Gakuin University and is set to embark on the Executive MBA program at Kellogg/HKUST in the near future.
