Nancy began her career at Ipsos ASI as their very first analyst hire. She then moved to Clairol, the personal care product company, where she managed multiple teams and vendors to deliver comprehensive insights and actionable intelligence. These experiences led Nancy to identify a market need for a new kind of analytics provider – one that partnered closely with brands to deliver a true end-to-end solution, from data to analytics to decisioning.
In 2000, she founded Analytic Partners to meet that need.

Nancy was named the 2020 Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year in Florida, and she holds an MBA degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, where she focused on Econometrics, Marketing and International Business.
In addition to building and leading Analytic Partners, Nancy has a passion for education and embedding statistical, numerical and decisioning literacy in as many communities as possible. She has served on numerous boards at educational institutions, from childhood education to the university level.
