With over 13 years of marketing experience, she’s obsessed with uncovering new insight to enable Unilever to engage with people in the most meaningful and effective way. Holistic cross media measurement is her latest passion, but not her only focus. She is a massive advocate for her global team of media insight experts, loves to build digital capabilities across business teams and is constantly strategizing to find new ways to bring the future forward by fostering media research innovation opportunities. Melissa has lived and worked in four markets, originally from South Africa and this winter graduated from the green slopes to the blue ones as she refines her skiing skills for excellence.
