

Marlon Romulus, Performance Marketing Manager at GSK, has carved his Digital Marketing skills in Brand Management at GSK prior to his current role. He has a passion for creative problem-solving and working at the intersection of strategy, data, analytics, and technology. His bias for action and appetite for learning is exemplified in his past work leading successful cross-functional end-to-end marketing campaigns for multiple large consumer brands. Marlon is an avid proponent of data-driven decision-making, teamwork, diversity & inclusion, and being a positive role model. Marlon graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics and was also a full-scholarship football student-athlete and full-time member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (International Economics Honor Society). After working in Finance for 3 years post-undergrad, he went on to attend Wake Forest University School of Business as a full-time MBA candidate and graduated with a dual-concentration in Marketing and Business Analytics. He enjoys listening to music, visiting museums, reading, and cycling outdoors in his spare time.
