Marlin R Siahaan is an experience sales and marketer. She has 17 years experienced in this field and has an excellent track record across media platform companies such as TV (TV 7, MTV and Astro TV), Publisher (Interactive Hub), and Internet Company (Yahoo). During her career, Marlin succeeded in growing the company's business and achieve the objectives of the expected revenue target. Currently she’s the General Manager (GM) of National Sales Digital Advertising at Telkomsel, the largest telco company in Indonesia.

Before the rise of the technology industry in Indonesia, in 2009 Marlin already start her career in the technology sector with Interactive Hub, the first authorized advertising reseller for Facebook at SEA. Together with I-Hub, Marlin participated and educate the Indonesian market to start involving social media as part of marketing strategy in the technological era. Some of the big clients who managed to join and earn a high income when Marlin worked with I-Hub is Garuda Food, BNI, and Mandiri.

In the year 2010 - 2014 Marlin continue her career with one of the largest internet company in the world, Yahoo! Indonesia. Here Marlin forges the knowledge and capabilities of content marketing, social platform marketing, and mobile. With Yahoo! Indonesia she also managed to position itself as a digital consultant and provide full solutions related to digital marketing for various big brands in Indonesia.

In late 2014, Marlin saw the rapid growth of mobile in Indonesia and then decided to join Telkomsel, Indonesia's largest telco company with more than 170 million subscribers. At Telkomsel, Marlin is trusted to occupy the GM Digital Advertising position. As a GM with more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience, Marlin is responsible for leading the account teams and building innovation in technology to strengthen Telkomsel's position as a leader in Indonesia digital advertising sector and achieve the company's goals.

Within three years leading the company as General Manager Digital Advertising Telkomsel, Marlin contributed in helping the company accomplish its targets and aggressively helped boost the company's revenue by 247%. In addition to that, she also continues to expand the company network. Not only with advertisers, agencies, resellers, advertising networks, but also with advertising technology company in Indonesia.
