Starting his career in 1999 as Copywriter; then Lowe Lintas, and joined Mindshare in 2002, Lam has 15 years in the media in Vietnam. Lam has been leading MediaCom VN since 2011 and turned the company become one of the fastest growing agencies. Under Lam’s leadership, MediaCom has now become the 2nd largest media agency in VN, (by RECMA). He has high passion of working in the media industry and is a result oriented person who is managing the talented team of 45 staffs.
