Kerry is renowned for developing winning cultures and high performance sales, marketing and corporate strategy operations.

Prior to joining RadiumOne in 2013, Kerry ran his own leadership coaching and consultancy business, Integral Dynamics. This saw him work alongside marketing and technology CEOs and entrepreneurs - on business strategy and leadership capability.

Before starting his own business, Kerry was Director of Consumer and Online at Microsoft - Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the division’s sales, marketing and publishing efforts across twelve countries.

Alongside Kerry's professional achievements, he is the founder and Chairperson of UnLtd, the Australian media and advertising industry foundation. UnLtd has delivered over AUD26 million in funding and services to over sixty youth-focused organisations.
