Keith has held numerous senior level roles focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer loyalty with various wireless companies through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Keith’s contributions to the telecom landscape includes introducing the first nationally standard customer phone upgrade program, ahead of their time loyalty platforms (Customers First & Cricket Rewards), omnichannel marketing advancements with list driven digital, and cutting-edge people-based marketing.
Today, Keith leads marketing at Cricket Wireless concentrated on customer acquisition and retention. Together with AT&T PREPAID℠, more than 16 million phone subscribers are served nationwide. The AT&T Prepaid Portfolio has maintained lead as the fastest-growing prepaid provider in the U.S. since 2017, with 16 straight quarters of subscriber growth.
Prior to his current role, Keith lead one of the largest multi-product acquisition direct marketing organizations in the United States at AT&T. Cited as a “Poster Child” by the USPS for best in class data hygiene and bench-marked as best-in-class for both data, segmentation, and creative execution.
In-between his telecom roles, Keith spent two years as a Partner with a corporate consulting firm focused on organizational development and motivation.
Keith is a graduate of the University of North Texas and resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his husband and three young sons.
