Kaushal is Head of Online Marketing at Zalora South East Asia, which is part of the Global Fashion Group, the largest emerging markets Fashion Ecommerce player globally. 

Previously he was Head of Business Development at 123Greetings.com, the world’s largest ecards publisher, where he oversaw Online Marketing & New Product Development.  Highlights at 123Greetings were the launches of Mobile Apps and 123Invitations.com.  Kaushal has also built an award-winning travel mobile-app start-up which provides GPS-guided Video Tours of heritage sites and monuments.  Earlier in his career, Kaushal was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, in South-East Asia and the Middle-East.  He is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, where he won the Young Leader Award. 

He is a Dean’s List graduate in Business from Singapore Management University
