Josh is leading IBM in two exciting and innovative areas as the Global Business Leader, Mobile Customer Engagement, and the IBM Commerce brand leader for the growing and important vertical of Sports and Entertainment. In this space Josh is leading IBM’s mobile efforts, helping clients create delightful and personalized mobile experiences and expanding his expertise to the fan experiences across the world's stadiums and entertainment venues. He is also working in collaboration with IBM Commerce leaders to explore the development of new offerings, build domain expertise, and develop go-to-market strategies to best capture opportunities in this exciting market.

Prior to joining IBM, Josh was CEO of Xtify, Inc. (acquired by IBM in 2013). He was an early pioneer in the New York Internet venture community, founding and serving as its CEO before selling it to Sports Huddle in 2001 (now owned by CBS). Josh led business development and strategy at GoAmerica, the first wireless internet service provider and served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Marc Ecko Enterprises, where he oversaw all non-apparel businesses and ventures. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Josh practiced law in NYC. Josh previously served on the boards of Al Ahram Beverages and Hydron Technologies. He holds a B.A. from Columbia College and a law degree from Columbia University School of Law.
