Joel joined Verve in 2011 bringing with him 18 years of experience as an interactive creative director, a user experience designer, and a front-end developer. He has developed many successful, award-winning advertising campaigns, websites and web-based products for clients such as Dunkin Donuts and Victoria’s Secret.

Joel possesses a unique understanding of creative, technical and business disciplines and how they are best woven together to achieve a desired goal, and the natural ability to effectively communicate complex solutions and ideas.

Prior to joining Verve, Joel was Director of User Experience at AOL/Advertising.com and the head of interactive at various advertising agencies.  While at AOL.Advertising.com, Joel lead the UI/UX efforts for various web-based products including the company’s new self-service ad solution.

Joel graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from the University of Delaware and was selected as one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative People in Mobile Advertising.
