Jo Semidang was appointed as a Corporate Marketing Director of Samsung Electronics Indonesia in June 2014. His role in Samsung was to oversee Samsung’s brand strategic direction, then align with Samsung’s business growth, his role extended to Customer Data Management and Online Business strategy of Samsung’s business in Indonesia.
In his previous company, he was responsible for developing Goodman Fielder Asia Pacific’s business in 2006 t0 2013 based in Sydney Australia. Prior to Goodman Fielder Asia Pacific, he served and lead various role in Unilever, and his last role was to develop Home Care Customer Marketing Management.
Jo was graduated from Institute Technology Bandung (ITB) in 1996. To enrich his capabilities and knowledge, he took Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia, graduated in 2011.
Jo has brought more than 18 years of expertise in the brand and business, at both marketing communications and business levels. With his broad experience and knowledge, Jo commits to develop further for business and brand of Samsung leadership in Indonesia.
