Jenna Thompson is currently a CX Business Manager at Ford Motor Company a leading Model e eCommerce work within Ford’s dedicated EV group, Prior to her current role she served as the Digital Retail Marketing Manager, leading Tier 3 Dealer Site Strategy and Personalization for the Ford Brand. Jenna is actively involved in the community, supporting Gleaners, Covenant House and local dog rescues. A seasoned marketer, including work on the Ford and Lincoln brands over the last 12 years, Jenna has a passion for creating great digital experiences and solving key business problems. Jenna spends her free time spoiling her dogs Piper and Hunter, looking for adventures in and around the Detroit area and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
