Jenna Thompson is currently a Digital Retail Marketing Manager at Ford Motor Company, leading Tier 3 Dealer Site Strategy and Personalization for the Ford Brand. Prior to her current role she served as the Lincoln Digital Enterprise Manager, leading key platform technology updates and website strategy for The Lincoln Motor Company. During her leadership the brand saw an increase in their JD Power Digital ranking by 15 points. Jenna is actively involved in the community, supporting Gleaners, Covenant House and local dog rescues. A seasoned marketer, including work on the Ford and Lincoln brands over the last 7 years, Jenna has a passion for creating great digital experiences and solving key business problems. Jenna spends her free time spoiling her dogs Oliver and Piper, looking for adventures in and around the Detroit area and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
