Jayne Babine oversees the Media and Advertising Sales team for the Neustar Marketing Services division focused on driving audience targeting, analytics, and measurement services. She is responsible for the team spearheading new buy-side relationships with agencies and agency trading desks, as well as sell-side partnerships with leading ad technology companies in display, video and mobile as well as digital publishers.
Prior to joining Neustar, Jayne was the first salesperson hired by TARGUSinfo Corporation in May 2009 to drive sales and strategy at the launch of the AdAdvisor digital data business. AdAdvisor Audience data was an early data provider bringing to bear offline consumer insights for the digital advertising space for audience targeting and eventually expanded creating connections for offline CRM data addressability in digital. Her digital background stems from her time spent on the publisher monetization side at InterActiveCorp (IAC) Advertising Solutions division as Senior Manager of Business Development when Supply-side Platform technologies were just emerging on the ad tech space. While at IAC, she developed new advertising network partnerships and led effective monetization and inventory management for all remnant inventory totaling more than two billion monthly impressions across more than 30 IAC owned and operated sites.
Jayne initially began her digital career as an Account Executive for the Network Optimization team at United Online Inc. where for 3 years she managed and lead their monetization sales efforts for all remnant display advertising inventory across ISP properties for NetZero and Juno. When United Online acquired Classmates.com Jayne was also one of the early publishers to participate and support new ad exchange technology providers like Right Media.
Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and is based out of the Neustar office in New York, New York.
