Built the Airtel Ads product unit taking over the position in Dec 2019. Prior to this, Ishan led the launch of Airtel Thanks, a loyalty program spanning 350mn Airtel customers. Before joining Airtel, He was with Zomato where he worked across marketing, analytics culminating into a 2-year stint with their product team. He holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.
