Hong works as a programmatic manager in Mediacom where she is currently responsible for strategy, planning, campaign operations and media investment efficiency across all programmatic activities.

Before with Mediacom, she spent some time with Alibaba - Mobile Business Department in which she was exposed to the wider mobile ecosystem from the publisher's side as well as advertiser's side in Vietnam and other SEA countries. Hong is particularly keen on leveraging mobile as a key touch point to consumers.
