Xuan Hoang is a Senior Marketing Manager at Chợ Tốt (Carousell Group), with over 10 years of experience in both agency and client roles. She has expertise in various marketing aspects, including brand strategy, creativity, growth strategy, and communications.

Xuan Hoangis passionate about social impact marketing, where marketing can drive business success while making positive contributions to the environment and society.

During her time at Chợ Tốt, she has successfully implemented numerous marketing campaigns and identified new market opportunities in industries such as vehicles, property, blue-collar jobs, and recommerce. She has led the in-house Chợ Tốt team in delivering effective marketing campaigns that have earned top advertising awards in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

Before her current position, Xuan worked at T&A Ogilvy, where she managed portfolios for well-known brands like Unilever, Nestlé, and Vinamilk.

In 2023, Xuan was honored as the first Vietnamese individual to be selected as one of the top 10 marketing leaders worldwide. This achievement earned her the prestigious Jodi Harris Scholarship to attend the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France.
