Previously at T&A Ogilvy, she managed portfolios for renowned brands from Unilever, Nestlé, and Vinamilk, where she cultivated a passion for social impact marketing aimed at combining business success with positive societal and environmental impacts.
At Chợ Tốt, Xuan Hoang spearheaded successful marketing campaigns, identified new market opportunities, and fueled explosive growth across verticals like  "Chợ Tốt Xe" for vehicles, "Nhà Tốt" for real estate, "Việc Làm Tốt" for blue-collar jobs, and "Reverse Commerce" for buying and selling used goods. Her marketing leadership fostered an award-winning in-house team, earning accolades like the Bronze MMA Smarties Awards in APAC (2021 & 2023), Gold MMA Smarties Awards in APAC (2022) and Gold MMA Smarties Awards in Vietnam (2022 & 2023).
